Refund Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

We do not accept exchanges or refunds for items delivered in good condition. We would only make exchanges or issue refunds if:

  1. The product came damaged
  2. A wrong order was delivered

In an event of any damage or mistake on your order, please notify us within 48hours of receiving the item for us to fix this.

Note that the item should be returned in its original packaging. If found otherwise, an exchange would be declined.

We will schedule a pick-up and deliver the correct order within the usual delivery timeframe or refund. 

We do not accept returns or refunds for any other reason apart from what has been stated above.  

Note that for pick-up, we will make 2 scheduled attempts within 48 hours. However, after 2 pick-up attempts, we will cancel the return procedure and you will not be able to return your product to us anymore.

Pack your merchandise with care as we will not take responsibility for items damaged due to improper packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will be returned back to the customer.

Kindly check the size guide or product descriptions to enable you to purchase the right product as returns will not be accepted for these reasons and we reserve the right to deny returns for failure to read product information properly.
